HELP! Buy a '94 960 or 2000 S70 SE?

Hi! Any ideas as to what would be the better pick:

1994 960 sedan, 1 owner, 119,000 miles, excellent interior/exterior, always serviced at Volvo dealer, $4000

OR

2000 S70 Special Edition sedan, 1 owner, 107,000 miles, excellent interior/exterior, $6000

Any input would be GREATLY appreciated!
