Valve springs question - B23FT 200

B23FT: I have the head on the bench with all the valves removed. I know the valves have to go back in the same spots. What about the springs? Are the intake springs exactly the same strength as the exhaust springs? Do I need to put the springs and other bits back in the same holes? I don't think I do, but I want to make sure before I clean everything, and possibly mix them up.
