Why are my 92 240's quicker off the line than my '93 240? 200 1993

Both of my kids brought this to my attention recently; our 1993 240 sedan (184K good compression, automatic) is noticeably more lethargic from a standing start than either our 1992 240 automatic sedan or the 1992 240 Wagon. The only difference that I could think of is the limited slip diff the 93 has and the 92's don't. Both 92's have a fair amount of piston slap but seem more free revving when you put the pedal down. Nothing earth shattering, but I was wondering and my teen ager asked me to 'brickboard' the question. Thanks in advance, Greg
