I have had the 96 960 since 98. My son was around 9 or so when we got it. He has never been into cars that much as most youth today are not really in to it. He even said it was a dated design car. I have been letting him drive the 960 to work and back after he destroyed my wife's Camry.

He recently has been working at Carmax, and has been exposed to many makes and models on the lots. He just came down to the mancave and explained to me that the Volvo is the best car he has driven, how the seats are the best, and best quality, and how the controls feel, the seating position, the comfort and drivability - he went on and on about it. I told him, yes, that is why I bought it. I had told him for years that it is a great car, but I guess he had to find out for himself. Made my day.
