Reflective bumper tape (red & white) source? 200 1986

I recall seeing a post or a pic of someone who had the reflective bumper tape that used red for the rear bumper and white for the front. Would anyone happen to know the source of that kind of tape. It's applied to the the center recessed portion of the bumpers. Thanks.
