Happy New Year to all.......My s-i-l's '91 245 has an issue with the heat. It is either all or nothing. If the slide control is moved either a 1/2" or all the way over to hot, it's full blast heat or slide it to full left (off) and have no heat until you're cold enough to move the slider that 1/2" to get full heat again. Does this sound like a faulty heater control valve if so how difficult is it to replace? Thanks.
