Brake Caliper Clogged?

Bought rebuilt Girling front calipers from FCPG for my 90 745. Installed both only to find the left one has a clogged lower fluid path. I have pressurized fluid to the caliper but it won't bleed out the screw: totally blocked on the bottom bleed screw. I suspect that the clog is before the bore because the pedal is soft, pressing on compressed air in the bore. Aaargh! It took a week to get these damn things from FCPG and now this. Any ideas?
