M41 J Type 120-130

Last week I was at a farm and saw at the side of a barn a 1975 240,,, the farmer told me that it had a M41 w/Jtype overdrive,,,and offered it to me,, (a rock went through the grill hit the radiator,, small leak ,, drastic overheat and goodbye motor)about 20 years ago he parked it,,,other than changing cable bell housing to my hydraulic, tunnel mods and new driveshaft is there any other concerns on this adaptation,,,I even prefer the shifter that will be farther away from lower dashboard because this winter I have an AC instalation project and with the evaporator I understand that I will have to bend the long shifter that I have now.....also,, the knob on this one has the OD button...any opinion will be appreciated,,thanks,
