suspension repairs - alignment - tire wear 200 1988

I have in the last year replaced bushings (front and rear) and front struts.

Before the work the car was pulling right. After the bushing replacement, that included replacing a bent control arm, the car drifted just a bit left.

After second hand "new" tires ( @140637 mi) the car drove straight.

After new front shocks ( @ 151475 mi.) car still drives straight but (@ 153000 mi) there is obvious wear on the inside edge of the front wheels.

From what I understand about alignment (which is minimal) this indicates that the tires are toe out and dragging themselves back to center ... but why I wouldn't get outside tire wear from the spec. camber I don't understand.

Opinions?
