Buzz/ vibration at idle? 200 1993

I just put a 93 245 (225K miles) on the road. When cold it's fine but in Drive stopped there is a bad buzz - things on the dash vibrate, parts of the car buzz.

Push the shifter into Neutral/ Park and it smooths right out. On the road from just above idle on up it's fine.

Motor, trans, exhaust mounts are good.

I suspect a bad wire/ dist cap that's causing a rough idle under load. Perhaps exacerbated by a misaligned exhaust mount that I can't see with the car up in the air.

Other suggestions?
