Well the saga of my head rehab project has finally come full circle. Only 5 months after this all started. To review, here are some old threads where I got help when I needed it from many board members. Thanks for all of it, I would have never made it through this without your help.

Evaluating a B230F Cylinder Head - long but worth it
This has been a good project. Car is running again now, and there doesn't appear to be any leaks. Need to get insurance on it and drive to be sure though. But everything looks good. One thing did happen at first startup (which only took a few cranks btw), I hadn't put the fan shroud back on at that point in case I needed to get back in there, and had left the preheat hose in the way of the fan. Yes, so now need new fan and preheat hose. Whatever.
Anyway it's running well, with no rpm hunt, temperature is good, no warning lights, no new noises. I have replaced virtually everything under the hood. Just ask - I bet I've done it. Got a little carried away once I discovered this message board...
Is there anything else you guys can think of that I should watch for, in these first hours of new operation?
Feeling pretty good about myself right now.
