It's about time to put some new meats on my beloved 91 745n/a. I'm pretty much set on the Cooper CS4 touring with the T speed rating. I just keep going round and round in my mind over what size to go with. Stock at 185 65 15, 195 65 15 or 205 60 15. I've studied the tire size calculators and I'm ok with both oversizes. I'm mainly concerned with ride comfort and safety. The handling has been fine on the stock size. Like many Volvo fanatics, I just can't leave good enough alone ya know. I know that a narrower tire is better for snow, but here in the Oklahoma City area, we just don't get enough of it to make it that big of an issue. All three of the above tires have the same ratings except that the two oversizes do have a slightly higher load rating. I've used the search function and got some good input. I'd sure appreciate your experiences and opinions on the best tire size.
