it's cold here in illinois this january and my 240DL isn't starting in this cold. i'd like to put in a block heater, but import parts specialists doesn't even carry one - so i'm confused. anyone have any sources for these or ideas? trying to avoid the expensive volvo dealership. thanks!!!!
