Replace rear (at axle) trailing arm bushings - hard? 200

These are the bushings in the U welded to the axle. Need to replace on an 87 sedan.

Unbolt one arm, remove the old, clean & grease the U, press/ drive the new one in, re-attach. Anything else to it?

I read through several threads in the archives and it looks like folks have a lot of trouble with these. Are the new ones such a tight fit that it takes serious pressure to get them in?
