OIL SMELL 900 1996

i have a ,oil burning smell coming thru the vents at a stand still but goes away when the car is moving. the pvc/flame trap is not clogged up. the car does burn oil because of bad valve seals but what can be causing the smell. can it be a bad 02 sensor? i am getting a po135/130 code every 60 miles after reseting....96 960 with 177000 miles
