front end alignment 200 1989

need help in finding solution to front end alignment problem
put on new ball joints tie rod ends and strut inserts as well as strut mounts
new tires took in to firestone for alignment they failed on alignment car now pulls to right they say needs coil springs maybe so but camber readings are 1.0 on left and 0.3 on right they cant get strut tower on left to go below 1.0 due to stop on camber adjustment do I need to find a better alignment shop?Would coil springs make a difference due to ride height ? Can I align myself?Would setting ball joints fix problem with left tower setting? Any help would help me out.
