I have a 93 240 which has reached the point (160 Kmi.) at which I might as well replace all the suspension rubber, front and rear. In my experience, if I do not do it all at this point, shortly I will have to revisit the underside of the car.
Since the last time I redid a 240 from stem to stern, polyurethane suspension bushings have become readily available. My gut is telling me to just use original equipment Volvo parts throughout, but I cannot ignore what I've seen of polyurethane in industrial applications.
So, does anyone have any feedback on poly suspension bushings with 100K - 150K of real world miles on them?
Thanks, one and all,
Rich
