Hello,

1997 Volvo 960 has ODB error code P0410. I replaced the secondary air pump, air pump relay, control valve, solenoid valve, engine water temperature sensor and engine water thermostat. All vacumn hoses appear OK.

On cold days the new air pump runs for a few mintues and then shuts off. After driving for a while, the check engine light turns on and the error code P0410 is back.

Suggestions?
