97 V90 compressor - Seltec, Sanden, Seiko?

I have a bad clutch on my V90's compressor. The air blows cold for ~20-30 mins then blows not cold air. I shut it off for about 5-10 mins and then it will work again for 20 mins (ad nauseum). Since the car has 148k miles, it's probably time just to replace the entire unit, but the dealer wants $390 for OEM (I assume Seiko), Voluparts wants $385 for a new Seltec, and NostalgicAirParts says they can get a rebuilt Sanden (w/ a 1 yr warranty!) for $250. So, is there really any difference in brands here??? Thanks!
