Adjusting fuel pressure - the bakeolite spacer method 120-130

I've read in a few places that I can decrease fuel pressure by adjusting the bakeolite spacer at the fuel pump.

I've cleaned both SU's twice and still have an overflow at the front carb. I've yet to hook up a pressure gauge, but will as a part of adjusting the spacer.

So how do I do it?
