Fuel Pump...turbo VS Non-turbo??? 700 1986

My fuel pump just went south...checked the fuse #1 and replaced the fuel pump relay and still no fuel delivery to the fuel rail (checked by removing the fuel line and trying to pump gas into a recently emptied wine bottle). This must mean that the pump is gone or the check valve is kaput.
Well, I just bought a 740 TURBO Bosch fuel pump(#0580464025) on ebay. Will this work the same as the Bosch (#0580464068) OEM for nonTurbos?
Do I have to use a different fuel pressure regulator?
