I was having conciderable trouble bleeding my slave cylinder. No matter what I tried I could not get the air out. I even made a pressure bleeder and that did not work. I used vise grips to pinch off the hose and took the slave cylinder completly off the car. I took it to the bench and disasembled it. The bleeder hole is very small and it had a bunch of gunk at the end of the cylinder near the bleeder hole. I took the bleeder out and cleaned it and the cylinder very well with carb cleaner and and a stiff brush. I reasembled it and held it verticaly. I slowly poured brake fluid in through hole where the hose attached. I filled it all the way to the top. I was able to get it back on the hose while holding it vertically. One of the mistakes I was making was I did not position the bleeder screw on the top of the cylinder. I did this, bled it like normal and it worked. I know this was long and my spelling is bad, but I hope it will help someone.
