Rear windshield washer not working S90-V90

Hi,
I've got a 1998 V90. The rear windshield washer is not 'spitting'. The pump motor works (there are two, one for front and one for rear; both located on the tank). I took off the hose near the spray and when I turned on the pump, no water. So, is there a check valve somewhere that may be clogged? If so, where is it located? Otherwise I have a plugged line.
