where to buy ECU ? 200 1991

any recommedations on where to buy ECU for 1991 245, daughter starts back to college in 2 weeks and $$$ is tight, have seen these things from $50 to $1000. your suggestions appreciated.
ps-have followed all the checks in bentley manual and conclusion is ECU is bad.
