760 stalling - help my son needs to get to school 700 1988

My sons 88 76040 2.3 turbo has started stalling and has reached a point of not doing much more than starting and stalling pretty quickly. It has gotten worse and now the car isn't reliable. I'm pretty sure it's not a fuel delivery problem. It is getting spark and fuel. I have looked for the hall sensor and the radio suppression relay and can't find them. Where the heck are they? I have also looked for the 25 amp fuse that sits behind the battery with no luck. I need some help with this one. My Chilton's isn't helpful on this problem either. I put a new fuel pressure regulator and a used ignition contol unit with no luck. I have a spare black box ECU that I'm thinking about trying. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
