Recommendation for plugs and brake pads. 200 1990

Plugs: The engine seems to be "loping" a little. I've had the car since June and it seems to run fine in general. Anyway, I have not changed the plugs so I'd like a recommendation on brand, etc. Although I work very close to where I live I do long runs (apx 200 miles round trip) a couple of times a month.

Brake pads: Just a brand that's reliable. I'd say dust free as well, but that's not possible, is it?

I usually get stuff from FCP Groton.
