New to me '93 200 1993

Drove home the "new to me" '93 last night and I'm impressed. Compared to my excellent condition '91 245 this sedan is a LOT quieter and seemingly more powerful ... except for that hesitation on take-off. What could these electronic components have in common besides not working in this '93 ?
seat heaters .. both switches do not light
A/C switch ... does not light or activate
fuel gauge ... dead as a f*rt
power mirror left side ... no juiceflow

is there a common ground?
