What is going on with the Galley? I hardly been able to post anything for months!

A picture is worth a thousand words. But what is going on with the gallery lately?

Seriously, all my images have been small 30-100 kb, <400 pixels wide, formated in png, gif, or jpg and I can almost *never* upload.

I used to get errors with filetype - always the same error, and now I get 0-byte errors. What is going on?
