Problems with Idle on 91 -240 200

Lately my 1991 240 has problems with idle, when I stop my Idle is rolling up and down? from 900 to about 700 rpm Do I need to clean the TB?I installed new wires,plugs,cap,rotor last year.The tbs have something to do with this? This car has 202000 on it,and runs well.
