i have a 1984 volvo 240dl wagon. the wiring , and electrical system is deteriatind badly. i have had to install switches for the reverse lights, the license plate light, the windows, the fuel relay, and the ignition switch( as well as a starter switch).all of this just to keep my daily runner running.i have searched far and wide, high and low, in and out for a decent replacement wiring harness( complete car). i cant find 1 anywhere. i desperately need a new wiring harness, so if there is anyone out there that either has one, or has the posibility of either finding one or building one please let me know.


i bought my volvo at a steal of $800 with origional interior, body, AND paint with almost NO scratches or dents so i am quite smitten with it. recently a lady hit me in the right front corner and i had to remove the quarterpannel and TRY to reshape it best as i can, and went to a ( not so local/ 5 hour drive) pick a part for replacement blinker lights and headlight bezzel.so trying to find replacement parts as u can imagine have to wait for a while before i get them.


any help with the wiring harness would be GREATLY appreciated. even if it is directions on how to build one myself.
