Brakes binding 700

Hello all,

I just did a complete brake job on my 740, including a new front caliper, 4 new rotors/pads and new master cylinder, but it's demonstrating a dragging of the brakes. In other words, the car's stopping itself and the wheels are very hard to turn- this was one of the problems that prompted the brake job in the first place.

I put the car back up on jack stands and 3 of the 4 wheels are very hard to turn and one turns fairly freely. The power booster isn't exhibiting any of the classic signs of being faulty, so I'm wondering if the brake distibution block could be bad and not letting fluid flow back once the brake pedal is released, thus releasing pressure on the calipers. This seems like the only thing left to replace that could be holding the brakes and the lines don't seem damaged in any way. Any thoughts?

Thanks.
