Am I Asking too Much for my 245?

OK, I have been trying to sell my 1989 245 (5spd) for about 2 months and I have only had two people come look at it.

I know it has 305K, but it is in good shape. The paint is shiny, the tires have over 75% left and the interior is in very, very good shape (one small split on the driver's seat). The engine runs nicely and I have most of the service records. The body has NO RUST and the exhaust was replaced only about two years ago, it uses NO oil, and the clutch is good.

The bad: the AC does not work, the CD player turns on but the speakers are not working, the front passenger window is erratic, and I occasionally get a little smell of gas inside.

BUT, the GREAT part of this is that I have tons of parts to go with it (from my son's deceased 90-244), including: 4 tires (with less than 6 months on them), AMM, throttle body, ICU, ECU, fuel rack, FPR, every sensor, washer motor, wiper motor, coil, dist. and dist. cap, newer plug wires, alternator, relays, and on and on...

I am asking $1600. I know I could sell the parts on EBAY, but I do not really have the time to piecemeal it like that.

Is what I am asking for all of it reasonable??

Any insight would help...thanks

Don
