Timing Belt Tensioner Bearing Leaking Grease 900 1993

Hi Guys,

I've got a weird one. I just put on a new timing belt (non-turbo), no big deal as I had a 240 and still have this 940. So, I've done a few. Anyhow job is done, car runs well, except I noticed that my brand new tensioner bearing has spewed out a blob of grease from both sides of the bearing. It hasn't gotten on anything, like my new belt, but I'm thinking the bearing seal is defective. Anyone seen this before, or just go get another tensioner and repeat today's task.

Thanks,

Mike
