1993 940 turbo stalls on startup after it is hot, seems heat related as it is now over 90degrees

My 93 940 8 valve turbo has been stalling after it is started, when it has been driven and is up to full operating temp. In other words, if you are driving it and stop to go into a store, home whatever, then go to restart it once it is up to full operating temp, it will start up, stall, then you have to crank it over again sometimes giving it a little throttle to get it started again.

And it will run rough for 30 seconds or so, then clean out and run normal. So far, (it just started doing this since it has gotten blistering hot) it has not failed to start since this has started happening.I need to change the air and fuel filter, it has been a while. But other than that, any clues?
