front end funk

Alright. I've been going absolutely ape the last few weeks with this rattling sound coming from the front end of my wife's v90. I mean, it rattles at the slightest road bump. Tonight, I finally popped the hood and all I have to do is lean on the car and there is an audible pop sound. I crawled underneath and started grabbing/shaking stuff. The passenger sway link (at least that's what I think it's called. It's the little vertical bar that connects the anti-sway bar to the knuckle) has about 1/8 inch play in it, and makes a noise whenever I shake it. Should I just tighten it down? Do I just replace the bushings? Or is this one of those parts that has to be replaced completely?
