How much R134a do I need for my 84 245GLT???? 200 1984

I just bought a rebuilt a/c compressor and new clutch for my 84 245 GLT. I'm going to have it installed and I'm going to convert it myself to R134a coolant.

My rebuilt compressor doesn't have any oil in it. What kind of oil should I use for the R134a and how much do I need?

How much R134a will I need to charge the system?
