Best rust remover for stubborn bolts volvo 780 700

I probably have to do a head job on my turbo engine...I used to use brake free but someone I talked to uses pb blaster..which do you think is best esp for bolts on the exhaust manifold..thanks...

I also recommend getting a propane torch to heat the fasteners -- that will make a bigger difference than any fluid. Using the two together (PB Blaster for a couple of days prior, then heating the fastener) will yield excellent results.
