Sudden Stall then No Start 200 1992

My wife came home all the dash warning lights lit up and it stalled. It turns over very well but will not start, I have done the following: bypass fuel pump relay at the fuses (I hear the main pump), swapped known good relay, 951 ECU, Power Stage/Ignition module and 016 AMM. Disconnected electrical connector to AMM no difference.
I checked the 4,000 mile old timing belt and all is lined up as it should be.
New Cap & Rotor, I get a good spark at the coil and spark plug. Crank position sensor and Fuel Pressure regulator is less than 2 years old.

About the only thing left that I can think of is the main fuel pump, does anyone have a good way to check the pump without a gauge? The plugs do not appear to be wet after all the attemps to start, so I may not be getting ample fuel?
Does anyone have any ideas to check something else I may have missed?

I swapped the ECU before checking for Codes but there were none after several attempts to start.

I would appreciate any help you can give me as this is my wife's car and down time is not an option for her or the 2 pushy daughters and son that need to be chauffeured everywhere on demand.
Thanks
Dan

It was the main fuel pump, I did the test darmstrong suggested and there was no fuel flow even though the pump was making noise. The moral of this story again is don't by aftermarket junk (Borg Warner) buy Bosch. The Pep boy pump lasted less than 1 year. Thanks for the help. Dan

Fuse seems OK, I do hear the pump but do not get any flow out of the return line from fuel pressure regulator. So I will swap out the main pump and see what happens.
    Thanks

Re: checking the fuel pump without a gauge: Try this quick fuel delivery check. If the flow is about right, then it is highly unlikely that problems with pumps, filter, or fuel pressure regulator are the reason for your no start, although this doesn't guarantee that all the items are performing exactly to spec.

If yours passes this test, and you have a good fuel relay, then you can start looking to other causes for your problem.

Thanks I will give it a try. The main fuel pump came from Pep boys many years ago and was used for about a week then stored for 10 + years. It has been in this car for about 1.5 years.

    Dan,
This is based on a fast look at my "simplified" LH 2.4 schematic -- Do you hear the FI relay click (or the pump buzz for a second) when key is turned ON?

If not (or even if you do) look closely at Fuse 6 and its contacts. Fuse 6 takes the place of the older 25A blade fuse. Without it, there is no power to pick the Main relay (AMM, Injector, and Fuel relay coil power) and normally the pumps, via the fuel relay.

With no fuse 6 power to the FI relay, even forcing the pumps by fuse jumpering will still leave the injectors dead with no Main relay.

All this is assuming you have spark, as you say, but aren't getting fuel into the cylinders even tho' you forced the pumps.

I think I felt both relays click in when turning on the key (1) and then when engaging the starter (2). Will check again.
I did rotate the fuses to break up any corrosion but I will look at it again and make sure it is good and clean. Thanks for the tips.
