Best springs/ struts for the front ? 700 1989

EDIT: Just saw a response to the other post (Thanks!) - but I will leeave this in case there are some other ideas.

Would love some opinions. Before I done an IPD conversion on the rear - the whole car (89 760) was listing to the drivers side - front and rear. Well - the left front spring still appears weak at times, hence the question.

I asked before (got no response) - would springs for a 740 be a bit firmer - to possibly match better the IPD setup? Hopefully new springs would give it a bit of a lift in the front, too.

Oh, struts. Recomendations?

Thanks for any and all replies.

I'm not sure what kind of springs you installed on the rear from IPD. Did you try calling IPD and asking them for an opinion?
I still have the original front springs on my 740 wagon but replaced the rear ones last year with overload springs from FPC Groton.
I have Bilstein HD struts/shocks on my 740 wagon and am very happy with the ride.

The kit from IPD has springs that are specialy made made to bring the rear back within 1/2" of the original Nivomat IRS setup. The shocks (modified also) are Boge.

IPD - kudos to them - has agreed to swap the springs. Rob there has become aware that the springs that I got were the wrong ones (his suppliers fault), resulting in the rear being too high.

I still want to make sure that I get some springs/struts or maybe just struts for the front- that will be in balance with the Boge setup on the rear. The 760 setup from the factory has a soft ride - hence the query about the possibility of a somewhat stiffer spring for the front. What I think I am seeing now is that the strut has more to do with this than the spring.

Thanks for the response.
