In regards to cleaning the throttle plate -- noticed that 3M Carb and Throttle Plate Cleaner states that it's safe for "Coated" Throttle Plates.

Are any of the B230 or B230FT Throttle Plates coated?

Rumor has it that the throttle body/valve is coated but rest assured, any coating that may have been has to be long gone by now.
