On eBay somebody is selling CD's with parts lists and servicemanuals and so for PV, 120's and 1800's.
Has anybody here bought such?

How is quality and so?

    I bought a couple for the 1800 series, one for $25 from poland and another for $10 from Canada, they were the same disc but the $25 one had a nice printed label. Both were complete Volvo Green Books for the series with lots of extras. Fairly easy to find pages with a good index. I still like the bound manuals for thumbing through while preparing for a job but it's nice to be able to print out one page at a time so you can take it out to the car and get it greasy.

      I've just bought the Volvo 122 from the fellow in Poland......I'd be happy
      to copy and send to anyone that would like one. Say $5 +mail. It has yet to arrive but I do expect it any day now.

      Since you have a person making good money scanning items that really, still have copyright......I don't have a problem undercutting them and making the market
      disappear.

    I bought the cd for 140 series. Very helpful to see how things go together.the manuals were only scanded in no index or way to get easly to a section. but for $25.00 I think it is a fair deal

      So, scanned files are just spread on disc? -or at least indexed by filename?

      How good are the scans? Are the pages clear and readable? Resonable sizes?

      I understand he is now generating files in PDF.

    I bought a 122 disc from the guy- in Poland. He has scanned all the OEM VOLVO literature he can get and is selling them off. Not a bad deal, and handy if the info is all you want. Apparently it is not copyrighted by Volvo. don't spend too much....
