Rear bushing install 200

I just orderd the 10 piece bushing kit from IPD because I can't get my car aligned. I've seen plenty of info on the aft rear trailing arm bushings and the tool(s) reqired, but what about the other two trailing arm bushings? I'm also doing the panhard and track rods.
I have the Bentley manual and noted the references to all the special tools. Are there any homemade tools like the one for the aft rear trailing arm bushings, or can I just manhandle them?
TIA

I guess all the talk about the Trailing arm Bushings is because they are attached to the Axle. The others can be taken off the car and Pressed out or Beaten out or whatever. You are forced to use finese with the Trailing Arm Bushings.
When I did mine I used Big Sockets to Press them in. I wish I took the time to measure the Diameters so I could find Better fitting Plumbing parts to use for next time.
Here's a trick I used when doing Pressed in Ball-Joints on my 4 wheel drive vehicles. Throw the Bushings in the freezer overnight, the few thousands that they shrink helps a lot.

Those bushings need to be removed and installed with a press. When I did the job, it was much easier to bring the trailing arms to a local shop and have them do the job. They charged about $20 to press in my parts. Same with the front end. Bring the parts in to a machine shop. I used poly bushings for the trailing arms and panhard rod. That's a diy job.

You absolutely need to find a machine shop or buy your own hydraulic press to remove and install the bushings on the torque rods and panhard rod. I used a hacksaw and a blowtorch to remove my torque rod bushings and it took several hours. I had to eventually find a machine shop to press them in. The trouble I had was that machine shops didn't want to do the job as it was too small and the ones that did wanted a lot of money. I bought my own press.
