Motor Mounts Bad? 700

Question for those that know a bad motor mount when they see one. My hydraulic mounts are doughnut shaped on my 89 740 GL (not cylindrical). Also, there is some forward movement when going into drive and rearward movement when the car goes into reverse.

Are they shot? I seem to have some clearance between the crossmember and the pan, but the shape and movement make we wonder. They have 60,000 miles on them.
