fixed alternator, found the wires 200 1981

I had the temp sensor on the starter... dumbass. Found the temp sensor, but I probably damaged the gauge, which reports rather higher now. Not sure if this is from improved system charging from new alternator brushes, or from the high voltage smoking and burning it got this afternoon...

I am happy to report that not once did I wish I had taken it to a dealer for a $1000 rip off replacement job. Thanks to everyone here; this is my new fave www spot (I've only had the wagon for less than 2 months).
