V70 Seats in a 745 700 1992

Has anyone swapped seats from a V70 into a 745? The archives seem to split on whether they fit. I have a 92 745T - Thanks

    A while back someone had addapted seats from an 850 to fit in a 740. It required welding to make it work. (The early V70 was essentially the same car as the 850.) Lord knows what Volvo's doing with the current crop they're pushing. So I can't say for sure if a later model V70 would be the same.

    Don't know about v70-745, but just installed 960 (1996) seats in 740 (1990)- tracks lined up perfectly with factory holes in body.
