welp, got through emissions, now it's just safety.... 200

So I passed my emissions test in Ontario. The big bonus is that my car will be 20 years old before I have to do another one, so this is the only one I will have to do. I took out the K cam in favour of the old M for the test, and it passed with flying colours. They didn't check for the preheat hose. I tried to find one but couldn't find one long enough, so that was another bonus. Now it's at the safety place, and I just hope it passes that too....never know what they'll find that they say is bad. Then I have to find insurance....man, importing a car is a lot of effort! So it goes I guess.

    Hey,

Congrats on that... hope that cam re-install isn't too bad. My 245 passed with flying colours with it's VX installed. The drive clean is done at 40 KM/H in top gear so that's nowhere near where a VX or K cam would effect anything. Most ding dongs wouldn't know their front from their backs about what equipment should be and shouldn't be on a 240. My preheat hose is MIA somewhere on a lonely stretch of the 401...

The safety check should be a peice of cake as well.
