My u-joints on the 94 are loose and i've procured one from a 96k car that doesn't have play.i'd like to get some grease in the replacement before it goes on.or can they be replaced?I'm holding the one that's off and the u-joints are staked in.
I have a grease needle for the grease gun but I dont want to damage the seals trying to force grease into them.Any thoughts?

    i did look thru the faq's(before post) and saw they could be oiled.
    i just didn't think that would help long term.i'll try the mobil though.

    I just squirt Mobil 1 5-30 on the joints using an oil can. It penetrates and lubes them adequately.

    People have reported oiling them in place by just flowing oil over the u-joints and letting it work into the joints. You could try this on the bench. A little PBlaster penetrant may open the way for the oil.
