Torque amounts for f. caliper and caliper mount 700

Hi,

Ok so I've sorted out why the replacement (Brembo) rotors won't hold the bearings properly. The seal and retaining ring the keeps the in-board bearings in has been changed to a larger size- so now I wait for that.

In the meantime does anyone know the torque values for the caliper mounting bolts and the 2x 10mm allen bolts that keep the bracket on?

Also a discovery I made. I had a slider pin break off in the caliper mounting bracket so I had to order a whole new mounting bracket from Volvo. It shows up with caliper bolts and sliding pins already installed for the reasonable price of $38 CAD. The dealer was even surprised as the pin kit alone costs $70 CAD. Just an FYI for others.

Thanks again,

Mike

I always torque to just before the bolt shears off...if it breaks, you went too far...LOL!!

Caliper mounting bracket bolt is 75 ft-lbs. The slide pin securing bolts are 22 ft-lbs.
