I have a "rubbing" noise on the passenger front side. I thought it was the brakes. I installed new rotors and pads. They were due anyway. The noise is still there. You really only hear it at low M.P.H. Could the wheel bearings be the problem? Not really sure.. Anybody have any clues? Thanks

Jack that wheel off the ground and rotate by hand. Feel any roughness? Hear any noise? Sound the same as the other side. Drop back to ground and grab the top of the tire and yank back and forth toward you. Hear any noise? Feel loose at all? If yes to any, could be signs that the bearing is on the way out.
