The headpipe on my 84 240 is still in good shape, but the section where the 2-into-1 and catalitic converter flange is rusted. I had a muffler shop weld it back together, but this is a temporary fix. A complete new head pipe is almost $100 unless anyone knows where I can get one cheaper. All of the other pipes I either had bent for next to nothing, or were Starla or AP parts and nothing cost over $15. The muffler and the converter were even free. Is there a weld-on repair section for the most common rusted out piece?

I checked FPC Groton, they have it, but I was hoping to find a cheaper solution, like a $5 adaptor, or $15 repair section like a header collector repair kit.
